Shipping within Australia + New Zealand

[BONUS] Tesora.com.au provides flat rate shipping regardless of how many items your order, 1 or 100!

Here are our flat rate shipping costs:

• Standard Delivery (3-7 working days, signature required) AUD$9.95
• Express Delivery (1-3 working days, signature required) AUD$19.95

Express Deliveries not available to all areas. Express deliveries have a maximum cubic or dead weight of up to 3 kilos only. We will contact you via email with additional charges should your package exceed this weight. Flat rating shipping is not applicable for corporate orders.

International Deliveries

We can also ship your parcel to USA and UK. More countries will be added shortly. We can also ship to most countries upon request (not placed through our online system). Contact us to see if we can ship to you!

We offer competitive shipping costs using either a standard Air Mail service or if you need something quickly for that special occassion (or just impatient!), we also offer Express Courier International service.

Air Mail service takes up to 10 working days for delivery and does not offer tracking.

Express Courier International (ECI) takes between 3-5 working days for delivery and is trackable online.

The above prices are for packages up to 2 kilos only and exclude bulk orders. We will contact you via email with additional charges should your package exceed this weight.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered during normal working days between 8:00am and 6:00pm. To ensure a safe and prompt delivery, we recommend you deliver to your work address if you're not going to be home during normal working hours. Your package may require a signature. We'll need your daytime phone number so we can contact you if there are any problems with your delivery.

In stock & shipping commences immediately - Items bearing the above icon means that the product is in stock in our warehouse. These items will generally commence shipping same day or within 1 business day and will be delivered in 3-7 working days* after shipping. Delivery to most major cities is 3 working days. Express Delivery may take between 1-3 working days and is available only in major metropolitan areas*.

In stock & shipping commences within 2-3 days - Items bearing the above icon means that the product is in stock in one of our warehouses in Australia and will commence shipping within 2-3 working days. Items will be delivered in 3-7 working days* after shipping. Delivery to most major cities is 3 working days. Express Delivery may take between 1-3 working days and is available only in major metropolitan areas*.

In stock & shipping commences within 5-7 days - Items bearing the above icon means that the product is in stock in one of our warehouses in Australia and will commence shipping within 5-7 working days. Items will be delivered in 3-7 working days* after shipping. Delivery to most major cities is 3 working days. Express Delivery may take between 1-3 working days and is available only in major metropolitan areas*.

Out of Stock - On Backorder - Items bearing the above icon indicates that the item is currently on backorder. You may still place an order for this item. Delivery for these items may take between 5-20 working days to arrive.

Contact Us - Items bearing the above icon have limited stock. If you require this item urgently, please contact us to determine if the product is in stock and how long it will be for delivery to you.

When ordering multiple items, your order will be delivered in one shipment to reduce shipping costs. In the event that multiple items are ordered and some of which are immediately available and others are on backorder, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping. If you would prefer seperate shipments, that is no problem - simply contact us to arrange it. (Additional shipping fees may apply).
