ii) You can book a maximum of three unused services on your certificate per visit.
iii) This offer is not valid on weekends.
iv) Certificates not valid in December or on Public Holidays, including Melbourne Cup.
v) Appointments must be made at least one week in advance. Earlier bookings may be available.
vi) Only the services printed on the certificate are on offer. No substitution of services allowed or honoured.
vii) Certificate must be presented before each visit or service cannot be honoured and the relevant service fee will be charged.
viii) A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required, or services booked will be forfeited.
ix) Additional Certificates can be purchased as a gift only.
x) Lost or stolen certificates will be subject to a $17.50 replacement fee.
